This artwork by Dmitri Nalbandian achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2017. In the Art of the Soviet Union auction, the work Still Life sold for GBP 32,500.00 (€ 36,892.33) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Dmitri Nalbandian have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Daisies in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 175,250.00 (€ 215,890.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 81 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Dmitri Nalbandian erzielte im November 2017 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Art of the Soviet Union wurde die Arbeit Still Life für GBP 32.500,00 (€ 36.892,33) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 18.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dmitri Nalbandian auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Daisies im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 175.250,00 (€ 215.890,22).
