Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Portrait of Vladimir Lenin by Dmitri Nalbandian. The price achieved of GBP 6,930.00 (€ 8,136.47) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dmitri Nalbandian achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Daisies in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 175,250.00 (€ 215,890.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait of Vladimir Lenin von Dmitri Nalbandian zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.930,00 (€ 8.136,47) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dmitri Nalbandian erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Daisies im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 175.250,00 (€ 215.890,22).
