Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2005 Christies in London held the auction Old Master Pictures, which included the work Elegantly dressed men merrymaking in an interior by Dirck Hals. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 66,000.00 (€ 97,689.60). Admittedly, works by Dirck Hals have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tric-Trac Players In An Interior in January 2011 with an auction result of USD 602,500.00 (€ 439,300.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2005 führte Christies in London die Auktion Old Master Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Elegantly dressed men merrymaking in an interior von Dirck Hals zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 66.000,00 (€ 97.689,60) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dirck Hals auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tric-Trac Players In An Interior im Januar 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 602.500,00 (€ 439.300,04).
