Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landschaft mit Ruine. by Dirk Dalens I was sold in the Gemälde Alter Meister auction at Koller in March 2006. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of CHF 7,000.00 – 9,000.00, the actual price achieved of CHF 7,200.00 (€ 4,553.46) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Dirk Dalens I have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A group of bacchantes and satyrs playing in a wooded landscape, a lake beyond; and An extensive forest landscape with a bacchante and a satyr travelling, a town beyond in May 2011 with an auction result of EUR 18,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landschaft mit Ruine. von Dirk Dalens I wurde im März 2006 in der Auktion Gemälde Alter Meister bei Koller versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von CHF 7.000,00 – 9.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von CHF 7.200,00 (€ 4.553,46) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dirk Dalens I auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A group of bacchantes and satyrs playing in a wooded landscape, a lake beyond; and An extensive forest landscape with a bacchante and a satyr travelling, a town beyond im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 18.750,00.
