In March 2011 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Composition by Dino Abidin. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 6,630.00 66% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Dino Abidin; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Bouquet De Fleurs sold at auction in February 2008 with the realized price of EUR 11,153.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 66 % übertroffen
Im März 2011 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition von Dino Abidin zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 6.630,00 und damit 66% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Dino Abidin; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Bouquet De Fleurs im Februar 2008 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 11.153,00.
