This work without title by Dimitri Hadzi was auctioned at Christies in New York in January 2009. It achieved a price of USD 2,750.00 (€ 2,147.77), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 38%. Admittedly, works by Dimitri Hadzi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Levitation in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 23,750.00 (€ 21,302.36).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 38 % übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Dimitri Hadzi kam im Januar 2009 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 2.750,00 (€ 2.147,77) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dimitri Hadzi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Levitation im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 23.750,00 (€ 21.302,36).
