A top price for Dick Pieters - as previously expected
The work Dutch Kind Met Croton by Dick Pieters was auctioned at Sothebys in Amsterdam in December 2007. The price achieved of EUR 4,750.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Dutch Kind Met Croton is the most expensive artwork by Dick Pieters that we have observed at auctions so far.
