A top price for Diatta Seck
In May last year Artcurial in Paris held the auction African Contemporary Art, which included the work Sans Titre, 1994 by Diatta Seck. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 4,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 4,986.00. With this result, Sans Titre, 1994 is even the most expensive work of art by Diatta Seck that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Diatta Seck
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion African Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans Titre, 1994 von Diatta Seck zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 4.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 4.986,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Sans Titre, 1994 sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Diatta Seck, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
