The work 'Looking North' by Dennis Doheny was auctioned at Bonhams in London in March last year. It achieved a price of GBP 2,167.50 (€ 2,569.82), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 45%. Admittedly, works by Dennis Doheny have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work South Coast Splendor in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 27,812.50 (€ 24,641.18).

Die Arbeit 'Looking North' von Dennis Doheny kam im März letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 2.167,50 (€ 2.569,82) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 45%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dennis Doheny auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit South Coast Splendor im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.812,50 (€ 24.641,18).
