Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A still life with poppies and daisies by Denis Pierre Bergeret was sold in the PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS AT THE KUNSTFABRIEK auction at Christies in Amsterdam in January 2001. Here, the upper estimate of NLG 9,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for NLG 9,400.00 (€ 4,113.26). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Denis Pierre Bergeret - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Still Life With Asparagus, which sold at auction in May 2020 for GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,325.82).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A still life with poppies and daisies von Denis Pierre Bergeret wurde im Januar 2001 in der Auktion PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS AT THE KUNSTFABRIEK bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von NLG 9.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für NLG 9.400,00 (€ 4.113,26) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Denis Pierre Bergeret mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Still Life With Asparagus beobachtet, die im Mai 2020 für GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.325,82) versteigert wurde.
