Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Calligraphic Couplets by Deng Erya was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in Hong Kong in July last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 50,400.00 (€ 6,288.88). Admittedly, works by Deng Erya have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Seal Script Calligraphy in May 2011 with an auction result of HKD 560,000.00 (€ 50,094.60).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calligraphic Couplets von Deng Erya wurde im Juli letzten Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 50.400,00 (€ 6.288,88) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Deng Erya auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Seal Script Calligraphy im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 560.000,00 (€ 50.094,60).
