Auction result well in line with expectations
In March this year Bonhams held the auction Prints & Multiples, which included the work Space For Giant, 2020 by David Yarrow. The price achieved of EUR 1,083.75 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Yarrow achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Amboseli Kenya in April 2019 with an auction result of USD 106,250.00 (€ 94,857.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion Prints & Multiples durch, in der auch die Arbeit Space For Giant, 2020 von David Yarrow zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.083,75 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Yarrow erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Amboseli Kenya im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 106.250,00 (€ 94.857,60).
