Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bringing in the catch by David McLeod Martin was sold in the British, Victorian and Scottish Pictures including Pictures auction at Christies in London in March 2002. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 646.25 (€ 1,056.45). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David McLeod Martin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Summer bouquet in May 2007 with an auction result of GBP 10,200.00 (€ 15,009.99).

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 646,25 (€ 1.056,45) einen neuen Besitzer.
