Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans Titre, 1982 by David Lan-Bar was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in February 2008. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,115.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by David Lan-Bar have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2009 the work Sans Titre, 1956 was auctioned for EUR 1,530.00.

Die Arbeit Sans Titre, 1982 von David Lan-Bar kam im Februar 2008 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.115,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von David Lan-Bar konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2009 die Arbeit Sans Titre, 1956 für EUR 1.530,00 versteigert.
