Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Antibes, Côte D'Azur by David Dellepiane was sold in the Vintage Posters and Olympic Icons auction at Christies in London in April 2012. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 5,250.00 (€ 6,438.98). Admittedly, works by David Dellepiane have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bateau Quittant Le Port de Marseille Depuis La Digue de La Grande Jetée in November 2006 with an auction result of EUR 36,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Antibes, Côte D'Azur von David Dellepiane wurde im April 2012 in der Auktion Vintage Posters and Olympic Icons bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 5.250,00 (€ 6.438,98) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von David Dellepiane auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bateau Quittant Le Port de Marseille Depuis La Digue de La Grande Jetée im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 36.000,00.
