Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Spanish Rentería Y Las Peñas De Aya (Rentería And The Mountains Of Aya) by Darío de Regoyos was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2009. The price achieved of GBP 49,250.00 (€ 53,897.78) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Darío de Regoyos have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Salida de la fábrica in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 264,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Spanish Rentería Y Las Peñas De Aya (Rentería And The Mountains Of Aya) von Darío de Regoyos kam im November 2009 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 49.250,00 (€ 53.897,78) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Darío de Regoyos auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Salida de la fábrica im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 264.250,00.
