This artwork by Darío de Regoyos achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in December 2017. In the 19th Century European Paintings auction, the work Spanish el Tajo De Ronda (The Puente Nuevo, Ronda) sold for GBP 90,000.00 (€ 101,281.82) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 50,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Darío de Regoyos - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Salida de la fábrica, which sold at auction in October 2007 for EUR 264,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 80 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Darío de Regoyos erzielte im Dezember 2017 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 19th Century European Paintings wurde die Arbeit Spanish el Tajo De Ronda (The Puente Nuevo, Ronda) für GBP 90.000,00 (€ 101.281,82) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 50.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Darío de Regoyos mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Salida de la fábrica beobachtet, die im Oktober 2007 für EUR 264.250,00 versteigert wurde.
