Auction result well in line with expectations
In April last year Sothebys in Paris held the auction Collection Loïc Malle: Only Time Will Tell, which included the work Burning an entire body of work by Daniel Turner. The price achieved of EUR 1,260.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Daniel Turner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View of Blackfriars Bridge From The Thames With St Paul'S Cathedral Beyond; View of London Bridge From The Thames With The Monument And St. Magnus Beyond; View of The Original Toll Bridge At Battersea With The Water Tower; View of Old Putney Bridge, in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 24,000.00 (€ 35,640.
Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit View of Blackfriars Bridge From The Thames With St Paul'S Cathedral Beyond; View of London Bridge From The Thames With The Monument And St. Magnus Beyond; View of The Original Toll Bridge At Battersea With The Water Tower; View of Old Putney Bridge, im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 24.000,00 (€ 35.640,75).
