In March 2016 Christies in London held the auction Victorian, Pre-Raphaelite & British Impressionist Art, which included the work The Bazaar, Tangier by Daniel Pender Davidson. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,787.80), 20% above the upper estimate. Other works by Daniel Pender Davidson have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,743.33) in March 2012 for the work Portrait of Molly Hickin, seated half-length, in a blue hat and a patterned sweater; and An unfinished portrait of a lady (verso).

Im März 2016 führte Christies in London die Auktion Victorian, Pre-Raphaelite & British Impressionist Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Bazaar, Tangier von Daniel Pender Davidson zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 3.787,80) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
