The result of USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,456.80) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Daniel Gordon have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still Life with House Plants and Pink Vase in October 2021 with an auction result of USD 15,120.00 (€ 13,088.64).

Die Arbeit Two works: (i) July 19; (ii) July 30 von Daniel Gordon wurde im Februar 2018 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.456,80) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Daniel Gordon auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Still Life with House Plants and Pink Vase im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 15.120,00 (€ 13.088,64).
