It achieved a price of GBP 1,625.00 (€ 1,843.58), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 63%. Admittedly, works by Daniel Gordon have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still Life with House Plants and Pink Vase in October 2021 with an auction result of USD 15,120.00 (€ 13,088.64).

Die Arbeit July 19 (from the Thirty-One days series) von Daniel Gordon kam im September 2017 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.625,00 (€ 1.843,58) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Daniel Gordon auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Still Life with House Plants and Pink Vase im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 15.120,00 (€ 13.088,64).
