Auction result well in line with expectations
In December this year Artcurial held the auction Twenty One Contemporary, which included the work Ash and Pyrite Eroded A Religious Moment Book - 2018 by Daniel Arsham. It changed hands for a price of EUR 14,432.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Daniel Arsham achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Quartz Eroded Vogue Magazine 101 in November 2019 with an auction result of HKD 2,312,500.00 (€ 268,207.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Artcurial die Auktion Twenty One Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ash and Pyrite Eroded A Religious Moment Book - 2018 von Daniel Arsham zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 14.432,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Daniel Arsham erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Quartz Eroded Vogue Magazine 101 im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.312.500,00 (€ 268.207,19).
