A top price for Danja Akulin - as previously expected
In March 2008 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Contemporary Sale, which included the work Three Trees by Danja Akulin. The price achieved of GBP 11,875.00 (€ 14,917.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Three Trees is the most expensive artwork by Danja Akulin that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im März 2008 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Contemporary Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Three Trees von Danja Akulin zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 11.875,00 (€ 14.917,95) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Three Trees das teuerste Kunstwerk von Danja Akulin, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
