The work UROBOROS (Spectrum) by Ohba Daisuke was sold in the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Afternoon Session auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2019. It achieved a price of HKD 118,750.00 (€ 13,772.80), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 32%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ohba Daisuke - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Uroboros (Spectrum), which sold at auction in October 2015 for HKD 237,500.00 (€ 27,746.33).

Die Arbeit UROBOROS (Spectrum) von Ohba Daisuke wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Afternoon Session bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 118.750,00 (€ 13.772,80) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 32%. Für andere Arbeiten von Ohba Daisuke mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Uroboros (Spectrum) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2015 für HKD 237.500,00 (€ 27.746,33) versteigert wurde.
