In March this year Bonhams held the auction La Révolution Surréaliste, which included the work Sans titre by Miodrag Djuric. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 53,295.00 52% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Miodrag Djuric - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in May 2021 for EUR 163,800.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 52 % übertroffen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion La Révolution Surréaliste durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre von Miodrag Djuric zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 53.295,00 und damit 52% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Miodrag Djuric mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Mai 2021 für EUR 163.800,00 versteigert wurde.
