Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2008 a collector was able to acquire the work The Virgin And Child, With Saint Anne by Cristofano Roncalli for USD 6,875.00 (€ 4,632.44). This price was achieved in the auction Old Master Drawings at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cristofano Roncalli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Madonna And Child On A Crescent Moon in December 2015 with an auction result of GBP 56,250.00 (€ 76,384.80).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2008 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The Virgin And Child, With Saint Anne von Cristofano Roncalli für USD 6.875,00 (€ 4.632,44) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Old Master Drawings bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00.
