Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Tres muchachas en el patio by Cristina BanBan was auctioned at Phillips in London in December this year. The price achieved of GBP 22,860.00 (€ 26,333.84) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Cristina BanBan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Fatiga Que Me Das (You Exhaust Me) in February this year with an auction result of GBP 163,800.00 (€ 186,835.82).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Tres muchachas en el patio von Cristina BanBan kam im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 22.860,00 (€ 26.333,84) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cristina BanBan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Fatiga Que Me Das (You Exhaust Me) im Februar diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 163.800,00 (€ 186.835,82).
