Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Barrio Jumble by Cristina BanBan was sold in the Wired: Online Auction auction at Phillips in an online auction in November last year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 22,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 22,680.00 (€ 26,280.94). Admittedly, works by Cristina BanBan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Fatiga Que Me Das (You Exhaust Me) in February this year with an auction result of GBP 163,800.00 (€ 186,835.82).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Barrio Jumble von Cristina BanBan wurde im November letzten Jahres in der Auktion Wired: Online Auction bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 22.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 22.680,00 (€ 26.280,94) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cristina BanBan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Fatiga Que Me Das (You Exhaust Me) im Februar diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 163.800,00 (€ 186.835,82).
