Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April last year Artcurial in Paris held the auction More, which included the work Failure To Launch - 2012 by Crash. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 5,904.00 18% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Crash have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Swish in December 2021 with an auction result of USD 62,500.00 (€ 55,221.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion More durch, in der auch die Arbeit Failure To Launch - 2012 von Crash zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 5.904,00 und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Crash auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Swish im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 55.221,77).
