Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled, 2001 by Cornelius Völker was auctioned at Bruun Rasmussen in October this year. The price achieved of DKK 3,400.00 (€ 455.56) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as DKK 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cornelius Völker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mund V in December 2016 with an auction result of EUR 50,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled, 2001 von Cornelius Völker kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von DKK 3.400,00 (€ 455,56) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit DKK 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cornelius Völker erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mund V im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 50.000,00.
