In January 2005 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS, which included the work Two reclining nudes by Cornelis Kloos. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,600.00 38% above the upper estimate. With this result, Two reclining nudes is even the most expensive work of art by Cornelis Kloos that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Januar 2005 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two reclining nudes von Cornelis Kloos zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.600,00 und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
