Admittedly, works by Cornelis Christiaan Dommersen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dutch The Harbour Of Antwerp With A View From The Left Bank Over The River Scheldt And The Onze Lieve Vrouw Cathedral In The Background in April 2008 with an auction result of EUR 29,050.00.

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.182,49) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%.
