Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2020 Bonhams in London held the auction The Greek Sale, which included the work Dreamy landscape by Constantinos Parthenis. It changed hands for a price of GBP 11,475.00 (€ 12,809.97) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Constantinos Parthenis achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Greek The Virgin And Child in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 670,100.00 (€ 938,313.36).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2020 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion The Greek Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dreamy landscape von Constantinos Parthenis zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 11.475,00 (€ 12.809,97) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Constantinos Parthenis erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Greek The Virgin And Child im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 670.100,00 (€ 938.313,36).
