Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2020 Bonhams in New York held the auction 19th Century European Paintings, which included the work Boulevard Haussmann by Constantin Kluge. The price achieved of USD 5,325.00 (€ 4,522.68) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Constantin Kluge have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Pont Neuf in October 2013 with an auction result of USD 25,000.00 (€ 18,390.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2020 führte Bonhams in New York die Auktion 19th Century European Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Boulevard Haussmann von Constantin Kluge zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.325,00 (€ 4.522,68) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Constantin Kluge auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Pont Neuf im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 18.390,47).
