Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape with houses by Constant Permeke was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2016. It changed hands for a price of EUR 8,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Constant Permeke achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Torse in October 2018 with an auction result of EUR 393,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape with houses von Constant Permeke kam im Dezember 2016 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 8.750,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 7.000,00 – 9.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Constant Permeke erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Torse im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 393.000,00.
