This artwork by Conrad Wimmer achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2012. In the European Noble and Private Collections auction, the work Hunters in the snow sold for EUR 8,750.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Conrad Wimmer; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot German Hunters In The Snow; Hunters On A Wintry Day (A Pair) sold at auction in April 2008 with the realized price of EUR 14,650.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Conrad Wimmer erzielte im Dezember 2012 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion European Noble and Private Collections wurde die Arbeit Hunters in the snow für EUR 8.750,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Conrad Wimmer; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit German Hunters In The Snow; Hunters On A Wintry Day (A Pair) im April 2008 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 14.650,00.
