This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Curated at Sothebys in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Conor Harrington - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work L'Amour et La Violence, 2013, which sold at auction in October 2020 for GBP 75,062.50 (€ 83,350.50).
