The work What’s up Doc by Clive Barker was sold in the Modern | British Art auction at Christies in London in November 2019. It achieved a price of GBP 1,625.00 (€ 1,908.15), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Clive Barker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Coke with Two Straws in November 2018 with an auction result of GBP 43,750.00 (€ 49,348.67).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.625,00 (€ 1.908,15) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Clive Barker erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Coke with Two Straws im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 43.750,00 (€ 49.348,67).
