Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February 2020 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Contemporary Art Online | Milan, which included the work Sagittario Rosso by Claudio Olivieri. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 8,125.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Claudio Olivieri - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work In auge, which sold at auction in October 2010 for GBP 18,750.00 (€ 21,619.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar 2020 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Contemporary Art Online | Milan durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sagittario Rosso von Claudio Olivieri zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 8.125,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Claudio Olivieri mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit In auge beobachtet, die im Oktober 2010 für GBP 18.750,00 (€ 21.619,04) versteigert wurde.
