Sold at the lower estimate price
The work Untitled series by Claudette Schreuders was sold in the AFRICA Theme Sale auction at Phillips in New York in May 2010. The result of USD 1,500.00 (€ 1,212.71) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Claudette Schreuders achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work South Africanthree Sisters in March 2018 with an auction result of GBP 60,000.00 (€ 68,313.31).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Untitled series von Claudette Schreuders wurde im Mai 2010 in der Auktion AFRICA Theme Sale bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 1.500,00 (€ 1.212,71) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Claudette Schreuders erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit South Africanthree Sisters im März 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 60.000,00 (€ 68.313,31).
