Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Wooded Landscape With Scenes From The Story Of Tobias And The Angel by Claes Jacobsz. van der Heck was sold in the Old Master Paintings auction at Sothebys in Amsterdam in December 2009. The price achieved of EUR 24,750.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Claes Jacobsz. van der Heck - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A view of Egmond Abbey, which sold at auction in November 2007 for EUR 66,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A Wooded Landscape With Scenes From The Story Of Tobias And The Angel von Claes Jacobsz. van der Heck wurde im Dezember 2009 in der Auktion Old Master Paintings bei Sothebys in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 24.750,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Claes Jacobsz. van der Heck mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A view of Egmond Abbey beobachtet, die im November 2007 für EUR 66.250,00 versteigert wurde.
