Upper estimate price exceeded by 58 %.
In October 2021 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern Art Day Sale, which included this untitled work by Chuang Che. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 945,000.00 (€ 105,118.16), 58% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Chuang Che; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Untitled sold at auction in April 2019 with the realized price of HKD 1,375,000.00 (€ 156,515.04).

Im Oktober 2021 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern Art Day Sale durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Chuang Che zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 945.000,00 (€ 105.118,16) und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Chuang Che; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Untitled im April 2019 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 1.375.000,00 (€ 156.515,04).
