This artwork by Christian Bonnefoi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in October 2010. In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work without title sold for USD 4,375.00 (€ 3,148.84) - well above the upper estimate of USD 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Christian Bonnefoi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Babel 2 Sentence Iv in December 2019 with an auction result of EUR 25,000.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Christian Bonnefoi erzielte im Oktober 2010 bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Christie's Interiors wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 4.375,00 (€ 3.148,84) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Christian Bonnefoi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Babel 2 Sentence Iv im Dezember 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 25.000,00.
