A top price for Cheng Tinglu
The work Cottage In The Mountain by Cheng Tinglu was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in April this year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 90,000.00 (€ 91,907.61). With this result, Cottage In The Mountain is even the most expensive work of art by Cheng Tinglu that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Cheng Tinglu
Die Arbeit Cottage In The Mountain von Cheng Tinglu wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 90.000,00 (€ 91.907,61) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Cottage In The Mountain sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Cheng Tinglu, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
