The work Acrobaat by Charlotte van Pallandt was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2015. It achieved a price of EUR 9,375.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56 %. Admittedly, works by Charlotte van Pallandt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Staand naakt met geheven arm: standing nude in November 2009 with an auction result of EUR 51,400.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 56 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Acrobaat von Charlotte van Pallandt kam im Dezember 2015 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 9.375,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Charlotte van Pallandt auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Staand naakt met geheven arm: standing nude im November 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 51.400,00.
