In June 2015 Christies in London held the auction Posters, which included the work ORELL FÜSSLI by Charles Loupot. The result of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,229.96) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Charles Loupot have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Twining in October 2013 with an auction result of GBP 35,000.00 (€ 41,369.72).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Juni 2015 führte Christies in London die Auktion Posters durch, in der auch die Arbeit ORELL FÜSSLI von Charles Loupot zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 4.229,96) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Charles Loupot auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Twining im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 35.000,00 (€ 41.369,72).
