Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work As a mirror by Charles-Hossein Zenderoudi was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in June last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 180,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 189,000.00. Admittedly, works by Charles-Hossein Zenderoudi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tchaar-Bagh in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 1,609,000.00 (€ 1,033,530.32).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit As a mirror von Charles-Hossein Zenderoudi kam im Juni letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 180.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 189.000,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Charles-Hossein Zenderoudi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tchaar-Bagh im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.609.000,00 (€ 1.033.530,32).
