In the Old Masters & 19th Century Art auction, the work Rowing out at a lighthouse; and A calm day on the French coast changed hands for GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,169.96) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles Euphrasie Kuwasseg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Alpine Village in October 2002 with an auction result of USD 28,680.00 (€ 29,025.40).
