In the Old Master and 19th Century European Paintings and Drawings, including Property from the Estate of Giancarlo Baroni auction, the work Portrait Of The Countess Lily De Roussy De Sales changed hands for USD 6,875.00 (€ 5,256.52) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles Émile Auguste Durand achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work French Portrait Of Henri Fantin-Latour in November 2014 with an auction result of USD 215,000.00 (€ 172,857.37).
