Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 812.50 (€ 898.88). Admittedly, works by Charles Edmund Brock have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Mr Bumble Walked On With Long Strides... Little Oliver Firmly Grasping His Gold Laced Cuff Trotted Beside Him." in December 2012 with an auction result of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,699.83).

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 812,50 (€ 898,88) einen neuen Besitzer.
